Description

HLA Attachments SB78BO500 78-Inch Regular-Duty Standard Skid-Steer Bucket combines practical material capacity with durable construction and a universal skid-steer quick-attach interface. Designed as a regular-duty material bucket, it features a 78-inch inside width, approximately 80-inch outside width, and a 22.5-cubic-foot SAE heaped capacity. Its reinforced round back, reinforced end plates, tapered self-cleaning design, and bevelled cutting edge support efficient filling, cleanout, and everyday material-handling work.

Durable Regular-Duty Construction

The SB78BO500 is built with 3/16-inch bucket material and 1/4-inch end plates. A reinforced top lip adds strength across the upper edge, while the reinforced round back and end plates help the bucket withstand regular use. The round-back profile is designed to promote easy filling and clean material release.

Tapered, self-cleaning end plates help reduce material buildup inside the bucket. This design supports cleaner dumping and minimizes material retention around the bucket ends. The flat top also serves as a convenient level indicator, helping the operator judge bucket position during use.

Cutting Edge and Capacity

A 3/4 x 4-inch bevelled cutting edge provides a robust working edge for loading and material pickup. The bucket is also drilled to accept an optional standard bolt-on cutting edge, allowing the working edge to be equipped for additional wear protection when required.

With a struck capacity of 17.8 cubic feet and an SAE heaped capacity of 22.5 cubic feet, this bucket offers useful volume in a regular-duty configuration. It measures 28 inches deep and 26 inches high, with an approximate weight of 545 pounds.
