OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER THE GRAND PRIZE DRAW. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING THE GRAND PRIZE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE INTERIOR OF BRITISH COLUMBIA.

1. SPONSOR

The sponsor of this promotion is Timberstar Tractor, located at 7861 Highway 97N, Vernon, BC, V1B 3R9 (the "Sponsor").

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The promotion begins on December 1, 2024 at 8:00 AM PST and ends on December 20, 2025 at 5:00 PM PST (the "Promotion Period").

3. ELIGIBILITY

The promotion is open to legal residents of British Columbia who have reached the age of majority (19 years old) at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of Timberstar Tractor, and their immediate families (parents, siblings, children, and spouses) or those living in the same household, are not eligible to enter.

4. PART A: GIFT WITH PURCHASE (Guaranteed Item)

• Offer: During the Promotion Period, customers who purchase a "Qualifying Machine" (defined below) from Timberstar Tractor will receive one (1) Greenworks Commercial ST-161 82V Handheld String Trimmer (the "Gift").
• Qualifying Machines: A new, in-stock KIOTI Tractor or KIOTI Skid Steer.
• Conditions:Limit one (1) Gift per Qualifying Machine purchased.The Gift is subject to inventory availability. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Gift with an item of equal or greater value if stocks are exhausted.The Gift must be accepted as awarded and is not convertible to cash or credit.

5. PART B: GRAND PRIZE DRAW (The Sweepstakes)

In addition to the Gift, eligible participants may enter for a chance to win the Grand Prize.

The Prize:
One (1) winner will receive their choice of EITHER:

• (a) One (1) Greenworks Off-Road Mini Bike; OR
• (b) One (1) Greenworks E-Bike.
  (Approximate Retail Value: $2,200 CAD).

How to Enter:

1. Automatic Entry: Every purchase of a Qualifying Machine during the Promotion Period automatically grants the purchaser one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Draw.
2. No Purchase Necessary (NPE) Method: To enter without purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and a 150-word unique essay on "Why I love KIOTI Tractors" on a plain piece of paper and mail it to:Timberstar Tractor

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

• A random draw will be conducted on December 20th, 2025 at Timberstar Tractor (7861 Highway 97N, Vernon, BC).
• The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received (both purchased and mail-in).
• The selected entrant will be notified by telephone or email within two (2) business days of the draw.
• If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, or fails to comply with these Terms, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate entrant will be drawn.

7. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION (Mandatory for Compliance)

To be declared the official winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question (e.g., 67 + 67 = ?) prior to receiving the prize.

8. RELEASE AND LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Timberstar Tractor, KIOTI, Greenworks, and their respective affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize (including the Trimmer, Mini Bike, or E-Bike).

• Note on Vehicles: The winner acknowledges that the operation of off-road bikes or e-bikes carries inherent risks. The winner assumes all responsibility for the safe operation of the prize and compliance with all local laws regarding registration and insurance.

9. PRIVACY

By entering this promotion, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information by Timberstar Tractor for the purposes of administering this promotion. We will not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the promotion. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. The laws of the Province of British Columbia shall govern these Terms.
