Now accepting sponsorship applications for the 2026 season.

Annual Submission Timeline

To allow for adequate planning and resource allocation, all sponsorship decisions are finalized almost a full year in advance.

January 5th	Application Deadline	All requests for sponsorship must be submitted by this date.
January 30th	Notification of Approval	All sucessful applicants will be contacted regarding their request.
Year-Round	Preparation & Planning	Approved sponsorships begin collaborative work immediately to ensure maximum impact for your event.

If you have an event or program that requires machinery, funding, or promotion, please ensure your request is submitted well before the annual deadline!

Sponsorship Levels

What level of support are you looking for from us?

Brand Embasador - Represent our brand. From bull riders to farm/acreage youtubers. Brand embasadors provide social media posts from events featuring our branding, podium shoutouts, help host events at our dealership, such as open houses and appearances at our AG Show booths, and creative social media content at the dealership.
Basic Branding Sponsorship - A banner, shoutout, and social media cross posting.
Event Partner - Banners, shoutouts, cross post social media posts, and a Timberstar Team member staffed booth.
AG Show - Banners, shoutouts, cross posted social media posts, and a Timberstar Team member staffed booth with equipment on display.

How to Apply

Sponsorship applications must include the following

Event Dates and Times if applicable
Requested Sponsorship Level
Available branding operturnities
Sponsorship dollars requested
Photos of previous events and examples of previous branding.
Reach - Online and In-Person. How many poeple attend the shows, and how many people follow socials.
