Description

The Greenworks Commercial HT241 82V OPTIMUS 24" Double-Sided Hedge Trimmer is a commercial cordless trimming tool designed for maintaining hedges, shrubs, and other landscape growth with controlled, efficient cutting performance. Its commercial-grade brushless motor, 24-inch dual-sided laser-cut replaceable steel blades, and Quik-Cut™ technology deliver cutting speeds of up to 5,000 strokes per minute. The 180° rotating rear handle, five-position adjustment, and full wrap-around front handle help provide comfortable control when shaping hedges from different working angles. This tool-only configuration is part of the Greenworks Commercial 82V battery platform, allowing it to be used with a compatible 82V battery already in your equipment system.

Commercial Hedge Trimming Performance

The HT241 combines a 1.2-inch cut capacity with dual-sided blades for efficient trimming in both directions. Quik-Cut™ technology is designed to generate consistent cutting performance, while two blade-speed settings allow the operator to select between the high-speed setting of up to 5,000 strokes per minute and the low-speed setting of 4,000 strokes per minute. A reverse anti-jam function helps clear material from the blades during operation.

The commercial-grade brushless motor is specified by the manufacturer as delivering performance equivalent to a 27 cc gas engine. With no fuel mixing or engine exhaust involved, the cordless design is suited to commercial landscaping and property maintenance applications where the 82V battery platform is already in use.

Control, Comfort and Durability

A 180° rotating rear handle provides five-position adjustment for improved control when trimming vertically, horizontally, or around shaped hedges. The full wrap-around front handle supports secure handling during longer trimming tasks. The replaceable steel blades and serviceable gearbox are designed to support ongoing commercial maintenance, while IPX5 weather resistance helps the tool withstand exposure to water during outdoor use.
