HLA Attachments BG7000BO500 Square Bale Squeeze is a hydraulic, loader-mounted attachment designed for handling and tightly stacking square bales. Its slim brace-arm design helps operators place bales closely together, while a 3,000 lb rated capacity and dual hydraulic cylinders provide the capability required for demanding bale-handling work. With an opening range from 30 to 86 inches, the attachment can open wide for bale engagement and retract to a compact 30-inch width.

Efficient Square-Bale Handling

The BG7000BO500 uses two hydraulic cylinders to open and close its squeeze arms. Each cylinder measures 2.5 inches in diameter and has a 28-inch stroke. Together, the dual-cylinder arrangement controls the attachment’s long arms, which measure 50 inches long by 20 inches tall.

A slim brace-arm profile is a key feature of the BG7000 design. The reduced-profile bracing permits tight bale stacking, making the attachment well suited to arranging square bales in storage areas or other locations where closely placed stacks are required.

Wide Opening Range

The bale squeeze has a maximum opening of 86 inches and retracts to 30 inches wide. This 30-to-86-inch operating range gives the attachment substantial travel for engaging and releasing square bales. When fully retracted, the 30-inch width also provides a compact attachment profile.

Compatibility

The BG7000BO500 is configured with the BO500 universal skid-steer quick-attach interface and is compatible with universal skid-steer quick-attach carriers. Hydraulic operation is provided by two 2.5-inch by 28-inch-stroke cylinders.

Optional Equipment

An optional HK90 hose kit is available and includes 90-inch hydraulic hoses with flat-faced couplers. An optional SHMK spring hose-mount kit is also available to support hose routing. These kits are optional accessories rather than standard attachment specifications.
