The bucket has a struck capacity of 19.7 cubic feet and an SAE heaped capacity of 24.9 cubic feet. At 28 inches deep and 25 inches high, it offers useful volume in a regular-duty configuration. The complete bucket and grapple package weighs approximately 955 pounds.

Reinforced Bucket Construction

The MB84 bucket is manufactured from 3/16-inch material and includes 1/4-inch end plates. A reinforced top lip adds strength along the upper edge, while the reinforced round back and end plates support durability and promote easy filling and cleanout. The round-back construction allows material to move smoothly into and out of the bucket.

Tapered, self-cleaning end plates are designed to reduce material buildup. Along the bottom edge, a 3/4 by 4-inch beveled cutting edge supports bucket loading performance. The bucket is also drilled to accept an optional bolt-on cutting edge, allowing it to be equipped for applications where an additional replaceable edge is desired.
