Description

HLA Attachments BRGC60BO500 60-Inch Compact Brush Grapple is a hydraulic material-handling attachment built for brush, branches, loose debris, and land-clearing work. Its 60-inch working width combines with a single hydraulic grapple arm to hold bulky, irregular material while the lower tines support the load. AR400 tine tips and grapple tips provide durable contact points in demanding applications, while 6-inch on-center tine spacing helps the grapple carry material without creating an unnecessarily solid bucket floor. This configuration includes the HLA BO500 skidsteer-style quick-attach mounting interface.

Compact Grapple for Brush and Material Handling

The BRGC60 is designed to give compatible loaders and machines a practical way to collect, secure, move, and place difficult material. The grapple opens up to 38 inches when measured from the ground to the point of the grapple, providing useful capacity for brush piles, branches, and other bulky loads. Its single-arm design is operated by one 2-1/2-inch by 8-inch hydraulic cylinder.

At approximately 440 pounds, this compact brush grapple delivers a 60-inch attachment width in a package measuring 28 inches high and 33 inches deep. The open tine layout allows loose material to be gathered and supported while soil and smaller debris can pass between the tines, depending on material size and operating conditions.

BO500 Quick-Attach Compatibility

This model is configured with HLA Attachments mounting code BO500, which uses a skidsteer-style quick-attach interface. BO500 is listed by HLA for numerous skidsteer quick-attach loader applications. Machine-specific fit should be confirmed against HLA’s mounting-code tables before ordering or installation.

Compatibility with the mechanical quick-attach interface does not by itself confirm hydraulic compatibility. The host machine must also be suitably equipped to operate the grapple cylinder.

Hydraulic Requirements

The grapple is hydraulically operated by one 2-1/2-inch by 8-inch cylinder. Hydraulic flow, pressure, and coupler requirements are not published for this attachment. Confirm that the intended loader or machine has the appropriate auxiliary hydraulic system, hose routing, and coupler arrangement before use.

Available hydraulic accessories include the optional HK90 90-inch hose kit with flat-faced couplers, the optional HK9090 90-inch hose kit with 90-degree flat-faced couplers, and the optional SHMK spring hose-mount kit.
