Description
The Vermeer TM135 Trailed Mower is a 9-disc trailed disc mower designed for operators seeking convenient use, practical maintenance, and controlled cutting performance. Its Q3® cutter bar provides a 13.5 ft (4.1 m) cutting width, while hydraulic suspension, hydraulic pitch control, and a hydraulic swing cylinder support field operation and adjustment. With a 70 hp (52.2 kW) recommended tractor power requirement, a swivel gearbox, Quick Clip® blade retention, Quick-Change™ shear-ring protection, and standard highway lights, the TM135 is suited to mowing applications that require a durable, transportable machine with hydraulic control.

Cutting and Operating Performance
The TM135 uses a 9-disc Q3® cutter bar with a disc speed of 2,700 rpm and 18 blades. Hydraulic pitch adjustment allows the cutter bar angle to be adjusted for operating conditions, with a specified cut height from 1 to 3 in (2.5 to 7.6 cm). The nitrogen-charged hydraulic suspension is designed to provide adjustable support during operation, while the cutter-bar lift-height clearance is 16 in (40.6 cm).
Blade servicing is supported by the standard Quick Clip® system, and the standard Quick-Change™ shear ring provides a convenient shear-ring arrangement. The driveline uses a friction disc clutch for torque protection. The cutter bar is covered by a standard 3-year limited cutter bar warranty.
Hydraulic and Transport Features
Two remote hydraulic functions are required: single-acting lift and double-acting swing. The hydraulic system specification is 1,900 psi (131 bar) with a flow rate of 6 gpm (22.7 L/min). The mower has a transport width of 13.6 ft (4.1 m), transport length of 18.2 ft (5.5 m), and transport height of 61 in (154.9 cm). Standard highway lights support road transport equipment requirements.
Compatibility and Tractor Requirements
When configured with the 2-point swivel hitch, the Vermeer TM135 requires a tractor with a category II or III N 2-point hitch. The manufacturer also lists a drawbar with swivel gearbox as an alternative configuration. The TM135 model is listed with either a 540 rpm or 1,000 rpm PTO drive option; confirm the required PTO configuration before ordering or installation. Recommended tractor power is 70 hp (52.2 kW).
