The Vermeer MS300 Twin-Auger Manure Spreader is a 300 cu ft (8.5 cu m) manure spreader configured with standard 425/65 R22.5 tires and a 1,000 rpm PTO. Designed for Heavy Manure Applications

The MS300 uses twin vertical augers to process and distribute wet, heavy manure. The auger system is built with boron flighting and heat-treated boron teeth, supporting the demanding conditions associated with manure handling. A maximum spread width of 52 ft (15.8 m) allows the spreader to cover a broad area during field application.

The spreader’s 300 cu ft (8.5 cu m) heaped capacity and 19,000 lb (8,618.3 kg) maximum net load provide substantial material-handling capability. Its fully welded body, 80-grade floor chain, full-width floor slats, and one-piece gearbox contribute to a heavy-duty machine configuration. The vertical lift endgate helps define the rear of the spreading body, while ground-level greasing points provide access to routine lubrication locations.

Tractor Requirements

The Vermeer MS300 is specified for use with a tractor providing a recommended 80 hp (59.7 kW) PTO output. The manufacturer lists compatibility with tractors equipped for either 540 rpm or 1,000 rpm PTO operation; this product variant is identified for 1,000 rpm PTO operation.

Operation also requires two double-acting hydraulic circuits and 20 gpm (80 L/min) hydraulic flow. Confirm that the intended tractor meets the PTO, hydraulic, and horsepower requirements before use.
