This Vermeer MC120 configuration combines a 12 ft (3.7 m) cutting width with an intermeshing steel roller conditioner, helping prepare cut material for consistent drying and subsequent handling. The machine uses a Q3 cutter bar with eight discs and 16 blades, a hydraulic suspension with nitrogen-charged accumulator, hydraulic pitch control, and a drawbar with swivel gearbox. With a recommended 90 PTO hp tractor, 1,000 rpm PTO, and two double-acting hydraulic circuits, the MC120 is suited to demanding field mowing and conditioning operations.

Efficient mowing and conditioning

The MC120 provides a 12 ft cutting width and a 14.1 ft (4.3 m) working width for productive field coverage. Its eight-disc Q3 cutter bar operates at 2,700 rpm, while the 16-blade cutting system supports effective crop processing across the full cutting width. Cut height can be adjusted from 1–8 in (2.5–20 cm), allowing the machine to be set for different crop and field conditions.
