The bale processor uses a flail drum fitted with 30 tempered-spring flails to process bale material before it is moved through the blower system.

Adjustable Cutting and Broad Distribution

Seven standard cut control bars provide material-processing control, with adjustment through a hand lever offering five settings. The CPX9000 uses two blower fans measuring 38.6 in (98 cm), with the front fan operating at 1,500 rpm and the rear fan at 1,000 rpm. Processed material can be discharged to either the right or left side, with 260 degrees of discharge rotation. The horizontal spread distance is up to 100 ft (30.5 m), supporting applications where wide material placement is required.
