Description

The Vermeer BW600 Inline Bale Wrapper is designed for fast, controlled wrapping of round bales to support airtight packaging and optimized nutrient preservation. Powered by a Honda 13-hp engine configuration, the BW600 combines self-contained hydraulics, electric starting, remote steering, and remote engine start/stop for convenient operation in the field. Its three 30-inch stretchers provide 55% prestretch, while fixed bale guides help maintain bale alignment during the wrapping process. With a stated capacity of up to 120 bales per hour, the BW600 is suited to demanding hay and forage operations that need efficient inline bale wrapping and straightforward operational control.

Efficient Inline Bale Wrapping

The BW600 is an inline bale wrapper built to keep wrapping operations moving efficiently. Its progressively moving hoop and three prestretchers work together to apply film consistently around the bale. The 55% prestretch specification helps support effective film use, while the digital control system provides an LCD display and digital wrap counter for operational visibility.

Remote steering and remote engine start/stop are standard equipment. This allows the operator to control key machine functions remotely while positioning and operating the wrapper. The BW600 also uses self-contained hydraulics, reducing reliance on external hydraulic systems for its wrapping functions.
