Reliable Pickup and Bale Formation

The 605S Rancher uses a camless wide pickup measuring 77 inches tooth-to-tooth and 91 inches across the outside flair. Its 60 double rubber-mounted teeth are designed for consistent crop pickup, while hydraulic pickup lift helps with operation and transport. Pickup torque protection is provided by a radial pin clutch.

Inside the variable bale chamber, eight premium mini rough-top belts, each 6.8 inches wide, help form bales within the machine’s 36–72-inch diameter range. The baler produces 61-inch-wide bales and has a maximum bale weight of 2,400 pounds, depending on crop and operating conditions.

Operator Controls and Bale Handling

The Atlas Pro control system is paired with a 7-inch color touchscreen for machine operation and monitoring. A standard mechanical netwrap system is included, and the hydraulic bale ramp supports bale discharge after wrapping. The 605S Rancher is also available with options including Auto Lube, maintenance lights, a scale kit, a net lift system, and ISOBUS capability.
