The 605N’s dual-stage variable chamber is designed to support consistent bale formation across a broad range of bale sizes. The bale chamber uses eight premium mini-rough-top belts, while the 61-inch bale width accommodates 5-foot-wide bales with diameters adjustable from 36 to 72 inches. This flexibility allows operators to select a bale size suited to crop conditions, handling requirements, and storage plans.

The configured 1000-rpm driveline uses a cut-out clutch. The baler requires a minimum of 80 PTO horsepower, with 100 PTO horsepower recommended for operation. The E-Link Pro display is ISOBUS-compatible, helping integrate baler controls and information with compatible tractor systems.

Pickup, Wrapping and Bale Discharge

The hydraulic pickup lift supports convenient adjustment in the field. The pickup measures 77 inches from tooth to tooth and 90 inches across the outside flare, providing a broad working area for gathering windrows. Pickup clutch capability allows the pickup to stop at the desired bale size, while the available torque-protection systems help protect the pickup drivetrain during operation.

The netwrap configuration includes mechanical net-tension adjustment and extra-roll storage. Once the bale is formed and wrapped, the hydraulic bale ramp assists with discharge and helps move the completed bale clear of the baler.

The tractor should provide at least 80 PTO horsepower; 100 PTO horsepower is recommended.
