Its 48-inch inside width, extended 60-inch floor, and low 6-inch side plates provide the reach and clearance required for conveyor cleanout work. Heavy 1/4-inch bucket material, 1/4-inch side plates, a reinforced top lip, and a substantial 3/4 x 6-inch bevelled cutting edge give this bucket the robust construction needed for demanding material-handling applications.

Designed for Conveyor Cleanout

The SBLPC4860 is an HLA heavy-duty conveyor bucket rather than a conventional low-profile skid-steer bucket. Its defining feature is the combination of a deep 60-inch floor and short 6-inch side plates. This geometry allows the bucket to reach farther beneath aggregate conveyor systems while maintaining a low side profile for improved clearance.

A 19-inch-high back helps retain material as it is collected, while the 48-inch inside width provides a compact working width for accessing confined cleanout areas. This configuration is well suited to collecting aggregate and other loose material from beneath conveyors, where reach and overhead clearance are important.

Heavy-Duty Bucket Construction

HLA constructs the bucket from 1/4-inch material with matching 1/4-inch side plates. The reinforced top lip adds strength across the upper edge of the bucket, helping the structure withstand regular loading and cleanout work. At the working edge, a 3/4 x 6-inch bevelled cutting edge provides a durable contact surface for engaging material.

The cutting edge is also drilled to accept a standard bolt-on cutting edge. This allows a compatible replaceable edge to be installed when required, helping protect the bucket’s primary edge in abrasive operating conditions.

BO500 New Holland Quick-Attach Configuration

This configured model includes the BO500 New Holland quick-attach mount. The bucket itself was originally specified less attachment, while the BO500 identifies the selected quick-attach interface for compatible New Holland loader systems. The published 625 lb weight applies to the SBLPC4860 bucket before installation of the attachment mount.
