Description

HLA Attachments CAT IT Style Carrier Loader Quick-Attach Adapter (ADCAIT24BO500) connects a loader equipped with a BO500 universal skid-steer quick-attach interface to CAT IT-style industrial attachments. Designed for fast attachment changes, this adapter combines an ADCAIT24 CAT IT-style carrier with horizontal locking pins and a standard manual locking system. It is a practical solution for operators who need to use CAT IT-style attachments on compatible skid-steer quick-attach loaders without changing the loader-side mounting system.

Efficient Attachment Changes

The ADCAIT24BO500 is designed to simplify switching between compatible industrial attachments. Its loader side uses HLA’s BO500 universal skid-steer quick-attach interface, while the attachment side provides the CAT IT-style industrial carrier. This configuration allows a compatible loader to pick up CAT IT-style attachments through a purpose-built adapter.

Horizontal locking pins secure the attachment, and manual locking is standard. For applications where in-cab or hydraulically operated locking is preferred, an optional INDHYD hydraulic-lock kit is available. The standard manual-lock version does not require a hydraulic connection.

Compatibility

This adapter is configured for loaders with a universal skid-steer quick-attach interface, identified by HLA interface code BO500. The attachment-facing side is intended for CAT IT-style industrial attachments. Confirm that both the loader-side quick-attach and the attachment-side carrier style match before ordering or operating the adapter.

Common OEM configurations are also available; however, this specific product code is the BO500 universal skid-steer quick-attach version. It should not be confused with versions configured for other loader-side couplers.

Locking and Hydraulic Requirements

The standard ADCAIT24BO500 uses a manual locking system and therefore has no hydraulic requirement. Operators who prefer hydraulic locking can specify the optional INDHYD hydraulic-lock kit. Hydraulic flow and pressure requirements for that optional kit are not specified.

Optional WOKB industrial TLB weld-on hooks are also available for applicable attachment arrangements.
