HLA Attachments HD100-BO500 Heavy-Duty Pallet-Fork Carriage is a high-capacity material-handling attachment designed for skid-steer quick-attach machines. Built around a 50-inch-wide carriage, it provides a rated capacity of 10,000 lb at a 24-inch load center for demanding pallet and material-handling applications. This configuration is supplied as the carriage only with a standard guard; fork tines are not included. It is designed to accept compatible Class III hook-type forklift tines that slide across the carriage for adjustable positioning and can be locked wherever required.

Heavy-Duty Material-Handling Capability

The HD100 carriage is suited to operators who need a robust fork platform but prefer to select or supply the fork tines separately. Its 10,000 lb capacity rating gives it the strength required for substantial loads, while the 50-inch carriage provides a practical platform for positioning the tines to suit different pallets and materials.

The rated capacity is specified at a 24-inch load center. Actual operating capability must also remain within the limits of the carrier machine, quick-attach interface, installed fork tines, load position, and operating conditions.

Adjustable Fork Positioning

The carriage is designed for sliding, adjustable fork tines. Compatible tines can be moved laterally along the carriage and locked in any position, allowing the operator to adjust fork spacing for different pallet sizes and load configurations. The specified compatible tine format is a 2 x 6-inch Class III hook-type solid forklift tine.

Because this model is supplied without tines, it is a practical choice when suitable Class III tines are already available or when tine length needs to be selected for a particular operation. Confirm that the chosen tines meet the specified hook type, dimensions, and capacity requirements before use.

BO500 Skid-Steer Quick-Attach Mount

The BO500 mounting configuration provides a universal skid-steer quick-attach interface. This allows the carriage to be connected to compatible skid-steer quick-attach carriers for pallet handling, load positioning, and general material movement.

Before installation, verify the carrier’s quick-attach interface and ensure that its operating capacity is appropriate for the attachment, installed tines, and intended load. The attachment’s stated rating does not increase the rated operating capacity of the carrier machine.
