HLA Attachments THMBHV96BO500 96-Inch High Volume Telehandler Bucket is a large-capacity material bucket designed for loaders and telehandlers using the BO500 skid-steer-style quick-attach carrier. With a 96-inch inside width, 2.2-cubic-yard struck capacity, and 2.7-cubic-yard SAE heaped capacity, it provides the volume needed for efficiently loading, carrying, and unloading bulk material. Its tapered profile promotes easier material release, while substantial 1/4-inch construction, reinforced top lip, and a heavy beveled cutting edge support demanding material-handling applications.

High-Volume Material Handling

The THMBHV96 base bucket combines a wide opening with a 47-inch depth and 41-inch height to create a practical high-volume profile. Its 96-inch inside width offers broad coverage, while the calculated 98-inch outside width should be considered when planning access, transport, or operation in confined areas.

Rated at 2.2 cubic yards struck and 2.7 cubic yards SAE heaped, this bucket is configured for moving substantial quantities of bulk material per cycle. The tapered bucket shape helps material leave the bucket more easily during unloading, reducing retention and supporting efficient dump cycles.

Durable Bucket Construction

The bucket body is constructed from 1/4-inch material and matched with 1/4-inch end plates. A reinforced top lip adds support along the upper edge of the bucket. At ground level, the standard 3/4-by-6-inch beveled cutting edge provides a substantial working edge for entering and collecting material.

The bucket is also drilled to accept a standard bolt-on cutting edge. An optional 3/4-by-8-inch double-bevel bolt-on cutting edge is available when a replaceable or additional working edge is preferred. The optional cutting edge is not the same as the standard beveled edge and should be selected separately where required.
