HLA Attachments THMBHVX96BO500 96-Inch Extra High Volume Telehandler Bucket combines a high-capacity THMBHVX96 bucket with the HLA BO500 quick-attach mounting interface. Designed for telescopic-handler applications where generous volume and a wide working profile are important, it provides a 96-inch inside width, 2.8-cubic-yard struck capacity, and 3.5-cubic-yard SAE heaped capacity. Heavy 1/4-inch bucket material, 1/4-inch end plates, a reinforced top lip, and a substantial bevelled cutting edge support demanding material-handling work.

High-Volume Bucket Design

With a depth of 55 inches and a height of 46 inches, this extra-high-volume bucket is configured to carry substantial loads of suitable bulk material. Its calculated outside width is approximately 98 inches, providing broad coverage while retaining a 96-inch usable inside width.

The standard cutting edge measures 3/4 by 6 inches and features a bevelled profile. The bucket is also drilled to accept a standard bolt-on cutting edge, allowing the wear surface to be configured with one of the available optional edges when required.

Durable Construction

The THMBHVX96 base bucket uses 1/4-inch material throughout the bucket body, complemented by 1/4-inch end plates. A reinforced top lip adds structural support across the upper edge. The catalogue weight of the base bucket is approximately 1,640 pounds; the mounting-kit weight is not published separately.

Cutting-Edge Options

The bucket includes a standard 3/4-by-6-inch bevelled cutting edge. For applications requiring a replaceable bolt-on edge, the bucket is pre-drilled for installation. Available options include the 348CEB 3/4-by-8-inch double-bevel bolt-on cutting edge and the 346CESB 3/4-by-6-inch single-bevel serrated bolt-on cutting edge. Both optional edge packages include the required bolts and nuts.

Compatibility

This model is supplied in the BO500 mounting configuration and is intended for equipment using the HLA BO500 quick-attach interface. HLA uses BO500 on various skid-steer-style quick-attach carriers and certain compact telehandler or loader quick-attach applications.
