Description

HLA Attachments SB8440HD-BO500 84-inch Heavy Duty Standard Skid-Steer Bucket combines a wide 84-inch interior with a 40-inch long-lip profile for loading, carrying, levelling, and cleanout work. Built with 1/4-inch bucket material, 1/4-inch end plates, and a reinforced round back, this heavy-duty bucket is designed for strength and easy filling. Its BO500 universal skid-steer quick-attach mounting configuration fits universal skid-steer quick-attach carriers, while the flat top provides a convenient visual level indicator during operation.

Heavy-Duty Long-Lip Bucket Design

The SB8440HD-BO500 has an 84-inch inside width, a 40-inch bucket depth, and a 24-inch bucket height. Its long-lip profile provides a spacious 24.0-cubic-foot struck capacity and 31.7-cubic-foot SAE heaped capacity, making it suitable for moving substantial volumes of compatible material.

A reinforced top lip adds strength along the upper edge of the bucket. The reinforced round back and end plates are designed to support strength while promoting easy filling and cleanout. Tapered, self-cleaning end plates help reduce material buildup, allowing the bucket to empty more cleanly between loads.

Durable Cutting Edge

The bucket is equipped with a 3/4-by-6-inch beveled cutting edge for ground engagement and material pickup. It is also drilled to accept a standard bolt-on cutting edge, providing a ready mounting provision where an additional bolt-on edge is required.
