Description

HLA Attachments MBHVX78BO500 78-Inch Extra High Volume Front-End Loader Bucket combines a high-capacity bucket profile with regular-duty construction and a universal skid-steer-style quick-attach mount. Its 36.5 cu ft struck capacity and 44.5 cu ft SAE heaped capacity make it a practical choice for high-volume material handling, while the reinforced round back, tapered end plates, and flat top are designed to support efficient filling, cleanout, and bucket positioning. The BO500 mounting configuration allows quick attachment to loader models equipped with a compatible skid-steer-style carrier.

High-Volume Bucket Design

The MBHVX78 provides a 78-inch inside width and an approximate 80-inch outside width. Its extra-high-volume shape offers substantial carrying capacity in a bucket measuring 39 inches deep and 34 inches high. The reinforced round back and end plates add strength while promoting easier filling and cleanout.

Tapered, self-cleaning end plates help reduce material buildup during operation. A reinforced top lip supports the bucket structure, while the flat top doubles as a convenient visual level indicator to help the operator judge bucket angle from the loader seat.

Regular-Duty Construction

This HLA Attachments bucket is built with 3/16-inch bucket material and 1/4-inch end plates. The working edge uses a substantial 3/4 x 4-inch beveled cutting edge for dependable material engagement. The bucket is also drilled to accept a standard bolt-on cutting edge, providing a ready attachment point when a compatible replaceable edge is required.

The approximate listed weight is 725 lb for the base bucket. HLA does not publish a separate assembled weight specifically for the BO500-mounted version, so loader capacity should be evaluated with the complete attachment configuration and intended load in mind.
