HLA Attachments HDN7554BO500 7,500 lb Power Tine Pallet Fork combines heavy-duty material-handling capacity with hydraulically adjustable 54-inch tines and a BO500 universal skid-steer quick-attach interface. Designed for applications where tine spacing must be changed frequently, its synchronized hydraulic system moves both tines inward and outward equally. This allows the operator to adapt the fork position to different loads and use the tines for clamping applications, including handling nursery root balls.

Hydraulically Adjustable Power Tines

Unlike a conventional pallet fork that requires manual tine positioning, the HDN7554BO500 uses hydraulic power to slide the tines. Both tines move inward or outward equally, helping maintain balanced spacing as their position changes. Hydraulic adjustment makes the attachment especially useful when working with materials of varying widths or moving between pallet handling and suitable clamping tasks.

The attachment requires a hydraulic service to operate the sliding-tine mechanism. HLA Attachments offers an optional HK90 hose kit with 90-inch hoses and flat-faced couplers. An optional SHMK spring hose mount kit is also available to support hydraulic hose routing. Hydraulic flow and pressure requirements are not published.
