HLA Attachments HDO75BO500 Power-Tilting Pallet-Fork Carriage is a 7,500 lb-capacity-class material-handling attachment designed to help keep loads level when working across uneven job sites. Its hydraulic-cylinder-powered mechanism tilts the carriage up to 45 degrees in either direction, allowing the operator to adjust the fork angle to suit changing ground conditions. This carriage-only configuration is supplied without fork tines, making it suitable for operators who intend to select compatible adjustable tines separately. The BO500 mounting configuration provides a skid-steer-style quick-attach interface for use with corresponding carriers.

Power Tilting for Uneven Terrain

Material handling on sloped or irregular ground can make it difficult to maintain the desired fork position. The HDO75 carriage addresses this challenge with a cylinder-powered tilting mechanism that provides a 45-degree range in each direction. This allows the carriage to be levelled or angled as job-site conditions change, helping the operator position loads more effectively.

With its 7,500 lb capacity class, the HDO75 is intended for demanding pallet-fork and material-handling applications. The carriage accepts adjustable tines, enabling fork spacing to be configured for different pallets and loads when suitable tines are installed.

Carriage-Only Configuration

This product includes the power-tilting carriage with the BO500 mounting configuration. Fork tines are not included. Compatible adjustable tines must be selected separately according to the intended application and machine setup.

An optional 90-inch hydraulic hose kit with flat-faced couplers is available under HLA option code HK90. An optional spring hose mount kit, identified by option code SHMK, is also available to support hose routing and management. These accessories are not identified as part of the standard carriage-only configuration.
