The HLA Attachments BRB72BO500 72-inch Hydraulic Rotary Pick-up Broom combines sweeping and material collection in one skid-steer attachment. Its reversible, direct-drive rotary broom uses 26-inch-diameter poly/steel bristle wafers to move debris into a 16.4-cubic-foot collection bucket. Reversible rotation also allows the broom to sweep material away from doors and similar obstructions. Designed for parking lots, construction sites, streets, curbs, gutters, parks and recreation areas, this pick-up broom includes hydraulic hoses and flat-faced couplers for connection to a compatible hydraulic system.

Efficient Sweeping and Collection

The BRB72BO500 provides a 72-inch working width for cleaning paved and maintained surfaces. As the hydraulic broom rotates, its poly/steel bristles sweep loose material into the integrated bucket, helping collect debris during the same pass. The bucket has a manufacturer-listed capacity of 16.4 cubic feet.

A direct motor drive powers the broom without a separate chain-drive specification. The front gauge wheel supports the broom during operation, while reversible broom rotation adds flexibility when working near doors, walls and other obstructions where debris needs to be swept away from the structure.

Durable Bucket Edge

The collection bucket is equipped with a hardened, replaceable cutting edge measuring 3/4 x 6 inches. Its double-bevel design provides a durable working edge, and the replaceable construction allows the edge to be changed when required rather than replacing the complete bucket assembly.

Hydraulic Requirements

The BRB72BO500 requires a hydraulic flow of 12–20 GPM at an operating pressure of 1,500–3,000 PSI. Hydraulic hoses and flat-faced couplers are included. Confirm that the carrier can provide hydraulic flow and pressure within these ranges before use.

Mount Compatibility

This model is supplied with a standard skid-steer mount. HLA Attachments specifies the BOQBK option when ordering a mount other than the standard skid-steer configuration.
