HLA Attachments SB72GRS66 Regular-Duty Skid-Steer Grapple Bucket combines a 72-inch standard skid-steer bucket with a narrower 66-inch GRS66 grapple for controlled loading, gripping and material handling. Designed specifically for skid steers with limited grapple-arm clearance, this attachment features a universal skid-steer-style BO500 quick-attach carrier, a maximum grapple opening of 45 inches and two included hydraulic cylinders. Its reinforced construction, tapered self-cleaning end plates and rounded bucket back help improve strength, filling and cleanout during regular-duty work.

72-Inch Bucket with 66-Inch Grapple

The SB72GRS66 pairs a nominal 72-inch bucket with HLA’s 66-inch grapple configuration. The narrower grapple provides working clearance while retaining the bucket’s full 72-inch inside width. With a maximum opening of 45 inches, the grapple can close over material to help retain and control a load.

The bucket provides a struck capacity of 16.5 cubic feet and an SAE heaped capacity of 20.8 cubic feet. It measures 28 inches deep and 26 inches high, with an approximate outside width of 74 inches. The complete bucket and grapple assembly weighs approximately 820 lb.

Reinforced Regular-Duty Construction

The bucket shell is manufactured from 3/16-inch material and fitted with 1/4-inch end plates. A reinforced top lip adds support across the bucket, while the reinforced round back and end plates are designed to promote strength, efficient filling and easier cleanout.

A 3/4 x 4-inch beveled cutting edge provides a durable working edge for loading. The bucket is also drilled to accept an optional standard bolt-on cutting edge. Tapered, self-cleaning end plates help reduce material buildup, and the flat top can be used as a visual level indicator when positioning the attachment.
