HLA Attachments DB72 72-Inch Dirt Blade with Hydraulic Power Tilt is a heavy-duty grading blade designed for skid steers and front-end loaders. Built for demanding dirt work, material shaping and surface grading, it combines 35-degree hydraulic angling in both directions with hydraulic power tilt that allows the blade to oscillate 5 degrees either way for side levelling. A 24-inch-high mouldboard provides substantial material control, while two angle cylinders, a reversible cutting edge and bolt-on skid shoes support reliable operation in challenging applications.
The DB72 gives the operator hydraulic control over both blade angle and side-to-side tilt. The blade can be angled up to 35 degrees left or right, helping direct material to the desired side while grading, spreading or shaping a surface. Its hydraulic power-tilt function provides 5 degrees of oscillation in either direction, making it easier to compensate for uneven ground and complete side-levelling work.
An electric selector valve is included as part of the blade configuration. This supports operation of the blade’s hydraulic adjustment functions while keeping the attachment practical for use with compatible skid steers and front-end loaders.
Designed as part of HLA Attachments’ Heavy Duty Dirt Blade family, the DB72 uses two angle cylinders to control blade positioning. The 72-inch working width offers useful coverage for grading and dirt-moving applications, while the 24-inch mouldboard helps contain and direct material across the blade face.
The cutting edge is reversible, allowing it to be turned when appropriate rather than relying on only one working edge. Bolt-on skid shoes are also fitted, providing a replaceable design and helping the blade travel over the working surface. With an approximate weight of 1,115 lb, this attachment is built for equipment capable of handling a substantial grading blade.
The HLA DB72 is suited to jobs where blade positioning and side levelling are important. Its combination of hydraulic angling and hydraulic tilt makes it useful for shaping dirt, grading uneven areas, spreading material and directing material to either side. The reversible edge and bolt-on skid shoes add serviceability for equipment owners who regularly perform grading and surface-maintenance work.
This dirt blade is designed for use with skid steers and front-end loaders. The host machine must be appropriately sized to handle the attachment’s approximate 1,115 lb weight and operate its hydraulic functions.
Optional equipment is listed separately from the included electric selector valve and should be selected according to the intended machine and installation.
