Description

The HLA Attachments HRB66BO500 66-inch Standard High Dump Bucket is a hydraulically operated loader bucket designed to provide additional dump height when loading trucks, trailers, spreaders, bins, and other elevated destinations. Its high-dump mechanism increases dump-out height by up to 48 inches, helping the loader place material higher without sacrificing the practical dimensions and capacity of a standard-profile bucket. This configuration combines the 66-inch HRB66 bucket with HLA’s BO500 quick-attach interface.

Hydraulic High-Dump Performance

The HRB66BO500 uses a hydraulic high-dump design to extend the bucket’s effective unloading reach. By increasing dump-out height by as much as 48 inches, it provides added flexibility for material-handling jobs where a conventional loader bucket may not reach high enough. This makes it useful for transferring and stockpiling material or loading elevated containers and equipment.

A Soft Stop Cylinder helps reduce vibration during operation. The bucket also features HLA’s exclusive flat-bottom design, which is intended to make cleanout easier without sacrificing bucket capacity. Its standard profile measures 39 inches deep and 29 inches high, providing a balance of capacity, manageable dimensions, and high-dump capability.

Capacity and Construction Details

With a 66-inch outside width, the HRB66 has a struck capacity of 19.9 cubic feet and an SAE heaped capacity of 25.9 cubic feet. The configured bucket weighs approximately 905 pounds. For operators who require a replaceable wear component at the bucket edge, the unit is drilled to accept a standard bolt-on cutting edge.
