Heavy-duty 1/4-inch bucket material, 1/4-inch end plates, a reinforced top lip, and a substantial 3/4 x 6-inch beveled cutting edge provide the strength required for regular, hard-working use. With a 66-inch inside width, 19.0-cubic-foot SAE heaped capacity, and approximately 590-pound weight, it combines practical capacity with a reinforced, easy-filling profile.

Heavy-Duty Bucket Construction

The SB66HDBO500 is the heavy-duty standard bucket configuration, rather than a regular-duty, low-profile, high-volume, or long-lip model. Both the bucket shell and end plates are made from 1/4-inch material. Reinforcement across the top lip, round back, and end plates helps the bucket withstand demanding material-handling work while maintaining its shape and strength.

A 3/4 x 6-inch beveled cutting edge provides a robust working edge for engaging material. The bucket is also drilled to accept an optional standard bolt-on cutting edge, allowing the working edge to be adapted when required.
