The HLA Attachments BR60BO500 Hydraulic Rotary Broom is a 60-inch power-angle sweeper designed for skid steers and compatible compact wheel loaders. Its direct hydraulic drive, 26-inch bristle wafers, and hydraulic angling provide the control needed to sweep debris efficiently from yards, lanes, parking areas, and other maintained surfaces. Unique forward and lateral float help the broom follow surface contours, while fixed gauge wheels support consistent broom positioning during operation. This BO500 configuration uses a skid-steer-style quick-attach carrier and includes hydraulic hoses and flat-faced couplers.

Controlled, Versatile Sweeping

The BR60BO500 combines a nominal 60-inch broom width with hydraulic power angling up to 30 degrees to the left or right. The operator can direct swept material toward either side rather than simply pushing it straight ahead, making the broom useful where debris needs to be moved away from curbs, travel paths, entrances, or work areas.

A direct hydraulic motor drive powers the broom without a separate mechanical drive arrangement. The attachment requires a hydraulic supply of 12–20 GPM at 1,500–3,000 PSI. Hydraulic hoses and flat-faced couplers are included for connection to a compatible carrier.

Surface-Following Design

Forward float allows the broom to respond as the carrier travels over changing terrain. Lateral float, with up to 3 degrees of oscillation, helps the broom follow side-to-side surface variations. Together, these floating functions help maintain more consistent bristle contact without requiring constant adjustment from the operator.

Fixed gauge wheels further support stable positioning while sweeping. The broom uses 26-inch-diameter 50/50 poly and steel bristle wafers, combining the characteristics of both bristle materials. The listed configuration includes 15 poly wafers, while an all-poly bristle arrangement is available as an option.
