HLA Attachments SSC60BO500 Hydraulic Side-Discharge Sawdust/Material Bucket combines a 60-inch inside working width, 1.5-cubic-yard heaped capacity and bidirectional hydraulic discharge in a skid-steer-compatible package. Designed to discharge material from either side of the machine, it uses a 12-inch-wide conveyor belt with 3/4-inch cleats, a direct-coupled hydraulic drive and a powered beater to promote consistent material flow. The included bolt-on BO500 mounting adapter connects to skid-steer-style quick-attach carriers, while the minimum 12 GPM hydraulic requirement makes it important to match the attachment with a suitably equipped carrier.

Controlled Side Discharge

The SSC60 can discharge from either side of the machine, giving the operator flexibility when positioning and placing material. Its hydraulic, direct-coupled drive powers the discharge belt without a separate mechanical drive system. The 60-inch model is equipped with one hydraulic belt motor and one hydraulic beater motor.

A hydraulically driven beater assists the movement of material toward the conveyor and helps prevent bridging inside the bucket. Shield fingers further support material flow by helping to break up clumps before they reach the belt. Together, these components help the bucket deliver material through its side-discharge system more consistently.

Cleated Conveyor Belt

The conveyor uses a 12-inch-wide belt fitted with 3/4-inch cleats. The cleated design helps the belt carry material toward the selected discharge side. With an inside working width of 60 inches and an approximate outside width of 62.5 inches, the SSC60 provides a practical balance of bucket capacity and overall attachment width.

BO500 Quick-Attach Mounting Adapter

This configuration includes HLA’s bolt-on BO500 skid-steer-style quick-attach adapter. The bolt-on mounting system provides the specified interface for compatible quick-attach carriers and identifies this complete configuration as model SSC60BO500.
