Its smooth, produce-friendly design combines a generous 22.9 cu. ft. SAE heaped capacity with a screened back that improves the operator’s view of the bucket and load. The 60-inch inside width offers useful capacity in a relatively compact format, while the BO500 skid-steer-style quick-attach mount makes it suitable for compatible loaders and skid steers. Unlike a conventional material bucket, the SBP60 is built without sharp edges that could unnecessarily mark or damage produce during loading and transfer. Its 31-inch depth and 31-inch height provide a practical profile for collecting and carrying bulky agricultural products. The bucket has an 18.5 cu. ft. struck capacity and a 22.9 cu. ft. SAE heaped capacity.

The screened rear section gives the operator a clearer line of sight through the back of the bucket. Improved visibility can assist with bucket positioning, monitoring the load, and working more precisely around bins, piles, or other equipment.

Durable Bucket Construction

HLA constructs this produce bucket from the same material used for its standard bucket, providing a robust structure for regular farm and material-handling work. The bucket weighs approximately 550 lb and measures approximately 61 inches across the outside. This outside measurement is calculated using the manufacturer’s instruction to add one inch to the specified 60-inch inside width.

Countersunk holes are provided for a special produce bolt-on cutting edge. This cutting-edge provision maintains a smoother working surface appropriate for produce-handling applications.
