Description

HLA Attachments HDEX6 6 ft Standard Pallet Fork Tine Extensions provide a purpose-built material-handling option for compatible HLA pallet forks. Designed to fit HLA HD42 and HD55 models, these standard tine extensions add 6 ft-long extensions to the existing pallet-fork setup. The HDEX6 is suited to material-handling applications that require extended fork tines and has an approximate catalogue weight of 181 lb. Please note that the pallet-fork attachment itself is not included, and installing tine extensions reduces the pallet fork’s capacity.

Standard 6 ft Tine Extensions

The HDEX6 is the 6 ft variant in the HLA Attachments Standard Pallet Fork Tine Extensions range. It is designed for use with specified HLA pallet forks rather than as a complete, standalone fork attachment. These extensions fit over the compatible pallet-fork tines to provide an extended configuration for material handling.

Before use, account for the manufacturer’s capacity notice: tine extensions reduce the capacity of the pallet fork. The operating capacity should therefore not be assumed to remain the same as the pallet fork’s capacity without extensions installed.

Compatibility

The HLA Attachments HDEX6 tine extensions are compatible with the following HLA pallet-fork models:

  • HLA HD42 pallet forks
  • HLA HD55 pallet forks

These extensions are not supplied with the underlying pallet-fork attachment. A compatible HLA HD42 or HD55 pallet-fork setup is required separately.

Important Capacity Notice

Installing tine extensions changes the pallet-fork configuration and reduces its capacity. Always account for this reduced capacity when using the HDEX6 extensions. Do not use the pallet fork’s unextended capacity as the capacity of the fork when the extensions are fitted.
