HLA Attachments MB54HD 54-Inch Heavy Duty Standard Front-End Loader Bucket with BO500 Mount is a durable material-handling bucket designed for loaders equipped with a universal skid-steer-style quick-attach carrier. Its heavy-duty construction, reinforced round back, reinforced end plates, and substantial beveled cutting edge make it well suited to demanding loading, carrying, filling, and cleanout work. With a 54-inch inside width, 12.6 cu. ft. struck capacity, and 15.8 cu. ft. SAE heaped capacity, it combines practical capacity with a compact working profile.

Heavy-Duty Bucket Construction

The MB54HD is built with 1/4-inch bucket material and 1/4-inch end plates for strength in regular material-handling applications. A reinforced top lip adds rigidity across the bucket opening, while the reinforced round back and end plates are designed to provide strength while promoting easy filling and cleanout.

At the working edge, the bucket features a 3/4 x 6-inch beveled cutting edge. The bucket is also drilled to accept an optional bolt-on cutting edge, allowing it to be configured with additional edge protection when required.

Designed for Efficient Filling and Cleanout

The rounded back profile supports smooth material flow into and out of the bucket. Tapered, self-cleaning end plates help reduce material buildup, making the bucket easier to empty and clean between tasks. This design is useful when handling material that may otherwise collect along the bucket sides.

A flat top provides a convenient visual level indicator from the operator’s position. This helps the operator judge bucket angle while approaching, filling, carrying, or dumping material.
