Designed for standard material-handling applications, this heavy-duty bucket provides an 11.2 cu ft struck capacity and a 13.9 cu ft SAE heaped capacity. Its reinforced round back supports strength while promoting easy filling and cleanout, and the tapered, self-cleaning end plates help reduce material buildup during operation.

Heavy-Duty Bucket Construction

The MB48HDBO500 is constructed with 1/4-inch main material and 1/4-inch end plates for demanding loader work. A reinforced top lip, round back and reinforced end plates add strength throughout the bucket. The round-back profile also helps material enter and leave the bucket smoothly, improving filling and simplifying cleanout.

At the working edge, a 3/4 x 6-inch beveled cutting edge provides a substantial interface with the material being handled. The bucket is also drilled to accept an optional standard bolt-on cutting edge, allowing it to be equipped for applications where an additional replaceable edge is preferred.
