Description

HLA Attachments HD2036BO500 2,000 lb Heavy-Duty Pallet Fork with Guard is a material-handling attachment designed for machines equipped with a universal skid-steer quick-attach carrier. Combining a 50-inch HD20-series carriage with 36-inch Class II solid forklift tines, it provides a rated capacity of 2,000 lb at a 24-inch load center. Sliding adjustable tines make it easy to configure the fork spacing for different loads, while the locking system keeps the tines in position during use. An included load/back guard completes this practical setup for moving pallets and other compatible materials.

Heavy-Duty Material Handling

The HD2036BO500 is built around HLA Attachments’ HD20 carriage series. Its Class II hook-type forklift tines are solid and measure 1-1/2 by 3-1/8 inches in cross section. The 36-inch tine length provides a compact fork configuration for pallet and material-handling applications while maintaining the attachment’s specified 2,000 lb capacity at a 24-inch load center.

Each tine slides across the carriage, allowing the spacing to be adjusted for the load being handled. Once positioned, the tines can be locked in place. This adjustable arrangement gives operators flexibility when working with pallets or materials of varying widths without changing attachments.

Included Load/Back Guard

A load/back guard is included with this pallet fork configuration. The guard rises above the 50-inch-wide carriage, providing a defined backstop behind the load. Because the guard is included as part of the attachment, no separate guard selection is required for this model.
