HLA Attachments SBHV108HDBO500 108-inch Heavy-Duty High-Volume Skid-Steer Bucket combines substantial material capacity with reinforced construction for demanding loading and handling applications. Its 108-inch inside width, 37.5-cubic-foot struck capacity, and 46.8-cubic-foot SAE heaped capacity allow operators to move a large volume of material on each pass. The bucket is configured with HLA’s BO500 universal skid-steer-style quick-attach mount for use on compatible skid steers and loaders. Heavy 1/4-inch bucket material, 1/4-inch end plates, a reinforced top lip, and a 3/4 x 6-inch beveled cutting edge provide the strength required for regular, high-volume operation.

Heavy-Duty High-Volume Design

The SBHV108HD is built to combine capacity, durability, and efficient material flow. Its reinforced round back and reinforced end plates add structural strength while supporting easier filling and cleanout. Tapered, self-cleaning end plates help reduce material buildup inside the bucket, making it easier to empty the load cleanly.

A flat top provides a convenient visual level indicator from the operator’s position. This feature helps the operator judge the bucket’s angle during loading, carrying, and cleanout. At approximately 110 inches outside width, the bucket provides broad coverage while offering a high SAE heaped capacity of 46.8 cubic feet.

Built for Long-Term Service

The bucket shell and end plates are both manufactured from 1/4-inch material. A reinforced top lip strengthens the upper edge, while the reinforced round back supports the bucket through demanding loading cycles. At the working edge, a 3/4 x 6-inch beveled cutting edge provides a durable contact point for engaging material.

The bucket is also drilled to accept a standard bolt-on cutting edge. This allows a compatible replaceable edge to be installed where desired, helping protect the bucket’s primary cutting edge in applications where additional wear protection is required.
