HLA Attachments MBHV108HDBO500 108-Inch Heavy Duty High Volume Front-End Loader Bucket combines substantial material capacity with reinforced construction for demanding loading and material-handling work. This high-volume bucket provides a 108-inch inside width, 40.9-cu-ft struck or level capacity, and 49.9-cu-ft SAE heaped capacity. Its BO500 universal skid-steer-style quick-attach configuration is designed for compatible carriers, while the reinforced round back, tapered end plates, and flat top help operators fill, carry, level, and discharge material efficiently.

Heavy-Duty High-Volume Design

Built for applications that require both capacity and durability, the MBHV108HDBO500 uses 1/4-inch main bucket material and 1/4-inch end plates. A reinforced top lip adds strength across the bucket opening, while the reinforced round back and end plates support the bucket structure during loading. The rounded internal profile is also designed to promote easy filling and cleaner material discharge.

The bucket measures 36 inches deep and 30 inches high, providing useful volume without sacrificing a clear view of the top edge. Its flat top serves as a level indicator, helping the operator judge bucket position during grading, back-dragging, loading, and material placement.

Durable Cutting Edge

A 3/4 x 6-inch beveled cutting edge is fitted as standard for dependable engagement with stockpiled or loose material. The bucket is also drilled to accept a standard bolt-on cutting edge, allowing the working edge to be adapted or replaced as required. Available options include double-bevel and serrated bolt-on edges, as well as knock-on ripper teeth for applications that require more aggressive material penetration.

Efficient Filling and Cleanout

The reinforced round back supports smooth material flow into and out of the bucket. Tapered, self-cleaning end plates are designed to reduce buildup, helping minimize retained material after dumping.
