HLA Attachments HD10060 Heavy-Duty Pallet Fork with Guard and BO500 Quick-Attach Mount is a robust material-handling attachment designed for demanding loader and skid-steer applications. Rated to handle up to 10,000 lb at a 24 in load center, it combines two 60 in Class III solid forklift tines with a 50 in carriage and an included guard. The sliding, adjustable tines can be locked in any position, allowing the fork spacing to be configured for different pallets, loads and handling tasks.

Heavy-Duty Material Handling

The HD10060 is built around two solid, hook-type forklift tines measuring 2 in × 6 in and 60 in long. Its extended tine length supports the handling of large pallets and other substantial loads, while the Class III hook-style design allows the tines to slide across the carriage for positioning.

Once the required spacing is selected, the tines lock in position to help maintain a stable setup during use. The 50 in carriage provides a broad adjustment range and a substantial platform for heavy-duty loading work.

This pallet-fork assembly has a rated capacity of 10,000 lb measured at a 24 in load center. Actual safe lifting capability depends on the host machine, attachment interface, load placement and operating conditions. The loader or skid steer must have sufficient rated lift capacity for the combined weight of the attachment and load.

The HD10060 fork assembly weighs approximately 770 lb. HLA does not publish a separate configured weight that includes the BO500 mount, so the complete installed attachment weight should be confirmed when calculating machine capacity and operating limits.

BO500 Quick-Attach Compatibility

This configuration is supplied with the HLA BO500 mount, which uses a skid-steer-style universal quick-attach interface. Manufacturer compatibility tables identify BO500 for multiple skid-steer-carrier and universal-quick-attach loader configurations.

Before installation, verify that the carrier uses the correct universal quick-attach interface and that its lift capacity, attachment rating and operating limits are suitable for the HD10060 and the intended load. Interface style alone does not confirm that a machine can safely lift the attachment at its maximum rated capacity.

Machine Requirements

The host loader or skid steer must be equipped with a compatible BO500 universal skid-steer-style quick-attach carrier. Machine lift capacity must account for the approximately 770 lb HD10060 fork assembly, the BO500 mounting configuration and the material being handled. Capacity should also be evaluated at the actual load center, as loads positioned farther forward can reduce the machine’s usable lifting capability.
