Heavy-Duty Material Handling

The HD10048BO500 is designed for applications that require high-capacity pallet-fork performance. Its solid, hook-type forklift tines measure 2 by 6 inches in cross-section and are rated as part of the complete fork assembly for loads up to 10,000 lb at a 24-inch load center. The 48-inch tine length accommodates common palletized loads while providing reach for a range of material-handling tasks.

This model uses a 50-inch carriage with sliding adjustable tines. Each tine can be repositioned across the carriage and locked in any position, helping the operator set the spacing to suit different pallet openings, containers, bundles, and other supported loads. The hook-type design also provides a practical, established tine mounting arrangement for heavy-duty use.

Included Load Guard

A load guard is included with the attachment, providing a supporting structure behind the carried material. For applications requiring greater vertical coverage, an optional full back guard, also described as a brick guard, is available separately.

Loader Requirements

This pallet fork is a non-powered loader attachment and does not require a PTO connection or hydraulic circuit. The loader must have a compatible BO500 quick-attach carrier and be suitable for the attachment’s approximate 690 lb weight as well as the intended load. Loader lift capacity, operating limits, stability, and allowable load center must be considered when determining safe working capacity. The fork attachment’s 10,000 lb rating does not increase the lifting capacity of the loader.
