Greenworks Commercial OptimusZ CZ60S18X 60" Stand-On Zero-Turn Mower combines a 60-inch heavy-duty cutting deck with an integrated 18 kWh battery for commercial mowing applications. Built for productive stand-on operation, this zero-turn mower delivers up to 6 hours of runtime or coverage of up to 16 acres, with a maximum cutting speed of 12 mph. Its 19,000 FPM constant blade-tip speed, commercial-grade drive system, fabricated steel deck, and zero-turn maneuverability make it suited to demanding grounds-maintenance work across large properties. Integrated 4G/GPS connectivity also enables remote monitoring and anti-theft functionality.

Commercial Battery-Powered Performance

The OptimusZ CZ60S18X uses an integrated 18 kWh battery and a maintenance-free electric drive system designed for commercial operation. The manufacturer lists up to 6 hours of runtime or up to 16 acres of mowing, depending on operating conditions and use. When paired with the Greenworks Commercial Super Charger, sold separately, the mower can fast-charge in up to 2.5 hours.

The Powrtraq Smart Drive System supports controlled stand-on mowing, while the 19K Constant Smart Cutting System maintains a constant blade-tip speed of up to 19,000 FPM. Together with the 60-inch deck and maximum cutting speed of 12 mph, these systems are designed to help operators cover substantial mowing areas efficiently.

Heavy-Duty 60-Inch Cutting Deck

The 60-inch custom fabricated steel deck is constructed from heavy-duty 7-gauge steel for commercial mowing demands. A two-piece deck-height system provides 17 deck-height positions, allowing the operator to adjust the cutting setup for different turf and mowing conditions. Bolt-on replaceable baffles and rollers support serviceability, while industry-leading pneumatic casters contribute to the mower’s commercial chassis design.

Operator-Focused Design and Connectivity

The OptimusZ features a high-visibility, glove-safe touchscreen display for operating information and machine controls. Side-facing POD LED lights and an LED light bar improve visibility around the mower during low-light work. The stand-on configuration gives the operator a clear view of the cutting area and supports maneuverability in applications where frequent turning and close control are required.

4G/GPS connectivity is enabled for remote monitoring and anti-theft functionality. The mower also includes an ETO system with a maximum output of 10 HP, providing a defined electrical output capability for supported equipment and accessories.
