Greenworks Commercial OptimusZ 48" Ride-On Zero-Turn Mower CZ48R18X combines commercial-grade cutting performance with an integrated 18 kWh LFP battery system. Designed for professional mowing applications, this electric zero-turn mower features a 48-inch fabricated steel deck, a maximum forward speed of 16 mph, and mowing capacity of up to 16 acres or 6 hours per charge. The OptimusZ is built for efficient, quiet operation with zero emissions, maintenance-free drive motors, intelligent drive control, connected technology, and a constant 19,000 FPM blade-tip speed.

Commercial Electric Mowing Performance

The integrated 18 kWh LFP battery powers the Optimus Lithium Battery System for extended mowing performance without the operating emissions associated with conventional equipment. Depending on operating conditions, the mower can cover up to 16 acres or mow for up to 6 hours per charge. When paired with a Greenworks Commercial Super Charger, recharge time is approximately 2.5 hours; charging time may be approximately 3 hours depending on the charging configuration.

A 16 mph maximum forward speed helps reduce travel time between mowing areas, while the maximum mowing speed is 12 mph. The 48-inch deck provides a productive cutting width for commercial turf maintenance, and the cutting height can be adjusted from 1 to 5 inches. The 7-gauge steel fabricated deck and 19,000 FPM constant blade-tip speed support consistent cutting performance across demanding mowing applications.
