BRABER MAS-GIRAFFAS120 GIRAFFA 3-Point PTO Boom Flail Mower is a professional offset mowing system designed for tractors rated from 15 to 35 PTO horsepower. This internal-gearbox mower combines a 45-inch working width with hydraulic side and incline offset, allowing the cutting head to be positioned for practical mowing across shoulders, banks, inclines, and hard-to-reach areas. Its Category 1 three-point hitch, 540 RPM PTO, standard hammer flails, full-width rear roller, front safety shields, and skid shoes provide a capable configuration for maintaining vegetation and cutting material up to 3/4 inch, dependent on tractor horsepower and material density.

Professional Offset Mowing Performance

The MAS-GIRAFFAS120 uses a hydraulic system for side or incline offset, with a mowing angle range from -65° to +90°. This positioning capability helps the mower follow varied terrain and reach beyond the tractor’s direct path. The mower is driven through a 540 RPM PTO and features an internal gearbox with integrated freewheel. A side belt drive transfers power to the cutting system, while the full-width rear roller helps support the mower during operation.

For routine vegetation maintenance, the mower is equipped with 24 standard hammer flails. Optional grass knives are also available as a configuration option, with 48 optional grass knives specified for this model. Front safety shields and skid shoes are included among the mower’s design features.
