The BRABER MAS-GIRAFFA185 Giraffa 3-Point PTO Boom Mower is a professional side-offset flail mower designed for demanding vegetation management with tractors rated from 60 to 110 HP. Made in Italy by Maschio and catalogued by BRABER, this 75-inch working-width mower combines hydraulic side and incline offset with hydraulic mowing-angle adjustment from +90° to -65°. Its flail-mower design, full-width rear roller, counter-blades, skid shoes, front safety shields, and side belt drive support controlled mowing across open areas, banks, edges, and other locations where adjustable reach and cutting angle are important.

Professional Offset Mowing Performance

The Giraffa185 is built around an adjustable Category 2 and 3 three-point hitch and a 540-rpm constant-velocity PTO drive. Its hydraulic offset system allows the mower to be positioned to the side or adjusted for incline mowing, while the hydraulic angle range provides flexibility for changing terrain and mowing positions. The mower has a 75-inch working width and a 91-inch total transport width, providing substantial coverage while retaining the offset functionality required for professional mowing applications.

A full-width rear roller helps support the mower during operation, and the standard side belt drive transfers power to the flail rotor. Front safety shields, upper toothed counter-blades, lower counter-blades, and skid shoes are included as standard equipment. The standard rotor configuration uses 24 hammer blades. An optional configuration is available with 48 grass knives or flails, subject to the applicable parts and configuration requirements.
