Description

The BRABER BE-WCX5 is a 5-inch, three-point PTO wood chipper designed for tractor-mounted land-clearing, property maintenance, and brush-management work. Built for tractors rated from 18–45 HP, this BRABER Equipment chipper combines a 24-3/4-inch flywheel rotor, hardened cutting blades, and a 270° rotating discharge hood to process branches and wood while directing chips where they are needed. Its Category 1 three-point hitch and shear-pin PTO yoke provide compatibility with appropriately equipped tractors, while the 485 lb machine weight and 43 x 55 x 66 inch overall dimensions support a practical tractor-mounted configuration.

Efficient 5-Inch Chipping Capacity

The BE-WCX5 is rated for material up to 5 inches, with a 5 x 10 inch chipper housing opening. Its 24-3/4-inch rotor weighs 125 lb and uses a hardened blade system with four rotating rotor knives and one fixed blade. This cutting arrangement is designed for consistent processing during land-clearing and wood-chipping tasks. Easy flywheel service access helps simplify access for maintenance, while replacement knife specifications are clearly defined for ongoing servicing.

Adjustable Discharge Direction

The discharge hood rotates through 270°, allowing the operator to position the chip discharge across a broad range of directions. The multi-positional discharge angle helps place chips more conveniently for collection, spreading, or movement away from the work area. The discharge hood height is 60 inches.
