Dual hydraulic rollers help draw material into the chipper, with roller speed control allowing the feed rate to be adjusted during operation. A wide 10 x 17-inch infeed opening and 30 x 42-inch hopper opening accommodate substantial material before it reaches the four-knife disc rotor.

The 36-inch rotor weighs 425 lb and is equipped with reversible knives. A twig breaker and oversized heavy-duty rotor support the chipping system, while the shearbolt-protected PTO drivetrain provides included PTO protection. The safety control bar provides an operating control at the feed area.
