Efficient Firewood Processing

The WP525 combines a hydraulic winch infeed with a 20-ton splitter to handle logs up to 16 inches in diameter. Its three-way wedge configuration divides material into multiple pieces, and the automatic splitter return helps streamline repeated processing cycles. A full-stroke splitting cycle takes 13.2 seconds, supporting consistent operation during firewood production.

With a maximum split length of 22 inches and a 23-inch split opening, the processor is configured for practical firewood production. The discharge chute reaches 76 inches high, helping place processed firewood into a suitable pile or collection area. A length indicator, pivoting chainsaw holder, floating stabilizer, and tall pile height are included among the machine’s functional features.
