Designed for Efficient Forage Handling

The 604 Pro G4 combines a wide, camless pickup with flotation support to help collect forage across the working width. Its 75 double rubber-mounted teeth are supported by 7.10-16 HD semi-pneumatic gauge wheels with spring assist, helping the pickup follow field contours. Hydraulic pickup lift adds convenience when positioning the baler for transport or field operation.

For crop processing flexibility, the 17-knife chopping system uses selectable knife banks to provide different cut lengths. The Hydroflex/drop-floor system is designed to support crop flow and assist with clearing plugs. During bale formation, four endless belts with an 11.2-in (28-cm) belt width help form consistent round bales within the variable-chamber range.

Netwrap, Bale Discharge, and Controls

The supplied configuration includes a rear-load netwrap system with cab-adjustable net tension. Extra netwrap roll storage is standard, while the spring-loaded bale ramp supports bale discharge after formation. The Atlas Pro control system features a 7-in (18-cm) color touchscreen, with bale shape indicators standard to help monitor bale formation. ISOBUS capability is also standard.
