Description

Wallenstein GX920XT Backhoe delivers substantial digging capability for landscaping, excavation, and rural property work when mounted to a compatible tractor or skidsteer. With a standard digging depth of 9 ft 4 in and an extended digging depth of 11 ft 4 in, the GX920XT combines a curved boom, hydraulic stabilizers, dual swing cylinders, and up to 180° bucket rotation to help tackle demanding earthmoving tasks. It is designed for tractors and skidsteers in the 60–120 engine horsepower range and supports multiple mounting configurations, including subframe, skidsteer universal plate, PT302 Cat I, and PT322 Cat II mounts.

Wallenstein GX920XT Backhoe Features

The GX920XT is built for controlled digging and practical jobsite operation. Its extended reach measures 164 in from the swing post, while the 180° swing arc and 180° bucket rotation provide working flexibility around the machine. Hydraulic stabilizers support the backhoe during operation, and the included flow divider helps accommodate the required hydraulic system flow range.

Digging Performance and Reach

With a standard digging depth of 9 ft 4 in, the GX920XT is equipped for a range of trenching, landscaping, and dirt excavation applications. The extender increases digging depth to 11 ft 4 in and extends reach from the swing post from 141 in to 164 in. The backhoe provides a 580 lb (263 kg) boom lift capacity, 10.5 in (27 cm) of ground clearance, and a 104 in (264 cm) loading height.

Mounting and Compatibility

The Wallenstein GX920XT is a tractor- or skidsteer-mounted backhoe. It is compatible with tractors and skidsteers in the 60–120 engine horsepower range, subject to the required mounting system and hydraulic specifications. Supported mounting systems include a subframe, skidsteer universal plate, PT302 Cat I three-point mount, and PT322 Cat II three-point mount.

Hydraulic Requirements

The GX920XT requires hydraulic flow between 5 and 27 gpm (19–102 lpm) and operates at 2,250 psi (15,513 kPa). Confirm that the selected tractor or skidsteer meets these hydraulic requirements and is equipped with a compatible mounting system before purchase.
