Its 123 in (312 cm) reach from the swing post and 7 ft 8 in digging depth help operators work across trenches, landscaping areas, and other ground-level projects without requiring a dedicated excavator. The backhoe delivers an SAE-rated dipper boom digging force of 2,300 lb (1,043 kg) and an SAE-rated bucket digging force of 3,800 lb (1,724 kg).

Hydraulic stabilizers and an 89 in stabilizer spread provide a broad support position during digging. The dual swing-cylinder arrangement and swing cushioning support controlled boom movement, while the 180° swing arc helps position the attachment across the working area. The boom has a lift capacity of 925 lb (420 kg).
