Configured with the HLA BO500 skid-steer-style quick-attach mount, it is suitable for skid-steer loaders and compatible loader carriers using the same interface. Its long, tapered scoop combines three heavy-duty digging shanks, serrated side edges, and high-tensile steel construction to concentrate force where it is needed for demanding ground-engagement work.

Built for Stump Removal and Land Clearing

The STM stump bucket is designed to penetrate compacted ground and work underneath roots, stumps, rocks, and other buried material. A 53-inch floor length provides reach for digging and prying, while the scoop tapers from 30 inches wide at the base to 12 inches at the tip. This narrow tip helps the attachment work into confined areas around roots and obstacles without requiring the full-width cut of a conventional bucket.

Three heavy-duty shanks at the leading end provide concentrated digging points for breaking into soil and ripping through root systems. Each shank is equipped with a replaceable point and a rubberized flex pin, allowing wear components to be replaced when required rather than replacing the complete shank assembly.

Heavy-Duty Steel Construction

The bucket uses 1/2-inch high-tensile steel side construction and a 3/8-inch-thick floor. Serrated side edges add cutting action along the sides of the scoop, helping it work through roots and ground material as the bucket is driven forward or curled through a dig.

At approximately 435 lb (197 kg), this STMBO500 configuration is the non-grapple version of the HLA STM stump bucket. A hydraulic grapple is available as an optional attachment for applications where additional material control is required.
